AYRUV Return & Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders – India)

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory.
  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

2. Return & Exchange Policy (International / Global Orders)

We do accept returns on international orders under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Note: We do not accept international returns for change of mind, wrong selection, or sizing issues.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events
  • Any product without original packaging or proof of purchase

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@ayruv.com with your Order ID, the unboxing video, and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, detailed return instructions will be shared.

5. Refunds

AYRUV Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or discount coupon, valid for future purchases on AYRUV.com.
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after quality check of the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For global returns, customs duties and return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.
  • Exchange follows the same process as returns.
