At AYRUV, we take immense pride in ensuring that every order reaches you safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order processing, dispatch, and delivery for both domestic and international customers.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In rare cases of inventory unavailability or delays, our team will notify you promptly via email or WhatsApp.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We deliver across all major cities and towns in India using trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.

  • Standard delivery timeline: 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping is free on orders above ₹999, unless stated otherwise during special promotions or sales.

  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal delivery fee displayed during checkout.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor the shipment in real time.


3. International / Global Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide to most countries via reputed international logistics providers.

  • Standard delivery timeline: 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and regional handling.

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and local levies are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please ensure that all international shipping details (address, postal code, contact number) are accurate. AYRUV will not be liable for delivery delays due to incorrect information or customs procedures.

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.

  • Customers can also track their order anytime through the “Track Order” section on AYRUV.com.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.


5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

  • Courier partners generally make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable or unreachable during delivery, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

  • AYRUV is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or unforeseen courier issues.


6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If your package appears tampered, damaged, or opened upon delivery, please do not accept it.

  • Immediately contact us at support@ayruv.com with a clear, unedited unboxing video and photos of the package.

  • Claims for damage or missing items will not be entertained without a valid unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.


7. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.


8. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

  • AYRUV is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    natural disasters, pandemics, transportation strikes, customs delays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

  • In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and ensure timely resolution.


9. Packaging & Sustainability

  • All products are securely packed using eco-friendly, tamper-proof materials to ensure safe transit.

  • We encourage customers to recycle or reuse packaging wherever possible to support sustainability.
